Job Overview Join our dynamic sports community as a Club Volleyball Coach, where you'll inspire and develop young female athletes through engaging coaching and team leadership. As a key member of our coaching staff, you'll create a positive atmosphere that motivates players to reach their full potential while promoting safety and enjoyment in every practice and game. Duties Plan and lead team practices, emphasizing fundamental techniques, skill development, game strategies, and sportsmanship. Coach teams during matches, providing tactical guidance, motivating players, and fostering a competitive yet respectful environment. Monitor player progress, offering constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Maintain a safe playing environment by enforcing rules, managing behavior, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Experience Prior volleyball coaching or playing experience. Preferred experience working with youth in sports, activities, or educational settings. Available for Sunday afternoon practices and approximately 2 tournaments per month between January-April. Strong communication skills for effective player/parent interaction and team leadership.
