We're Hiring Head and Assistant Volleyball Coaches!

At White Bear Lake Volleyball Club, we are committed to developing skilled volleyball players in a positive and challenging environment. Our mission is to cultivate an atmosphere where girls can learn about volleyball, sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility. We strive to help all participants enhance their volleyball skills and become better team players. Head Volleyball Coach Responsibilities:
Plan and lead training sessions Mentor and support players Collaborate with fellow coaches Lead the team during practices and tournamentsQualifications:
Previous coaching experience Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for youth development and knowledge of volleyballAssistant Volleyball Coach Responsibilities:
Assist in training sessions Support and mentor players Collaborate with head coaches and fellow assistants Help lead the team during practices and tournamentsQualifications:
