This role demands someone who can fire up the boys , keep the vibes electric , and turn every skate into a party while still steering the team toward smart plays and semi‑responsible decision‑making. Core Responsibilities Team Hype Leadership — Deliver locker‑room speeches that feel like a mix of Stanley Cup Finals and a Vegas bachelor party. Bench Energy Management — Keep the squad buzzing, chirping, and laughing, even when down five goals. Party Culture Development — Set the tone for post‑game beers, celebrations, and questionable life choices. Fun‑First Strategy — Create "systems" that prioritize fun, flow, and maximum entertainment value. Morale Boosting — Turn bad shifts into good stories and good games into legendary nights.
