Non-Exempt Job Summary The Football Equipment Manager will assist the head coach in all areas of the football program including: daily practice, equipment, recruiting and office functions. Essential Duties Practice management Equipment Management Office Structure and organization Recruiting assistant Assist with other duties as assigned Required Qualifications MoWest Student Degree Seeking At least an overall 2.0 GPA Enrolled a minimum of 6 credit hours Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with the sport of football. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Organizational Skills Strong Communication skills
Dependable Time Management Trustworthy Problem Solver Physical Demands Medium Work:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Location where duties are to be performed GISC Spratt Stadium Looney Federal Work Study Not Required Hours of Work Up to 20 hours per week Preferred start date 02/13/2026 Schedule will vary
