Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coach to elevate athletic performance and promote overall fitness excellence at RISE Indoor Sports. In this role, you will execute group training programs, motivate young athletes to achieve their goals, and ensure safe, effective workouts. Your expertise will help athletes maximize their potential through scientifically grounded training methods, biomechanics understanding, progress tracking and motivational coaching. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to empowering individuals through targeted strength development and conditioning. Duties Collaborate with coaches to develop tailored workout plans based on individual goals, biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics principles. Lead engaging group fitness sessions to build strength, endurance, agility, and overall athletic performance for athletes aged 7 - 18 Conduct assessments of clients' fitness levels, movement patterns, and biomechanics to inform program design, using top technology equipment. Ensure safety during all training activities by applying proper manual handling techniques and adhering to first aid protocols when necessary. Educate clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and proper exercise techniques. Maintain detailed records of client progress, workout modifications, and injury reports while building strong rapport through effective communication and community development. Experience Proven sports coaching experience with a strong background in biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics. Demonstrated expertise in program design for diverse populations including athletes, beginners, and those with special needs. Experience teaching physical education or leading group fitness classes. Prior success in fitness sales or client retention strategies that foster long-term relationships. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safe manual handling practices for both clients and trainers. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate clients effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
