These individuals must love working with young athletes and helping them develop into stronger and better players. This is a part time position. We need assistance for our baseball practices, and tournament assistants. Coaches also have the opportunity to give private lessons. Qualifications Mandatory- Prior college baseball playing at least 2 years Prior coaching experience Strong knowledge of the game Prior experience working with kids Enthusiastic Strong work ethic Proactive Communication Skills Must pass a background check
