Job Description

Join our team to help inspire and develop young soccer players in the Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, and North Raleigh community! We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated soccer coach to create a fun, skill-building environment that fosters a love for the game, with a focus on individual technical development for U8-10 players. This is an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities Design and lead engaging training sessions focused on individual technical skills, such as dribbling, passing, and ball control, as well as teamwork. Provide constructive, positive feedback to help players improve their technical abilities. Plan and execute effective practices and drills tailored to individual skill development. Motivate and encourage players to reach their full potential. Ensure a safe and supportive environment during all training sessions. Qualifications Experience playing or coaching soccer (required). Strong communication skills to inspire and educate young athletes. Knowledge of soccer techniques and rules, with an emphasis on technical skill development. Comfortable working with children ages 5-7. Sports coaching certification or related credentials (preferred but not required).
