We're searching for a leader . Someone who can inspire members on the turf, develop coaches, oversee daily operations, hold the team accountable, and help drive the continued growth of our facility. This role combines the responsibilities of Head Performance Coach and Facility Manager , making it perfect for an experienced fitness professional looking to take the next step into leadership. About ISI Elite Training ISI Elite Training is a nationally recognized strength and conditioning franchise built around 50-minute coach-led group training sessions.

What You'll Do Lead the Coaching Team Lead the Coaching Team Coach multiple group training sessions each week Maintain elite coaching standards Mentor and develop coaches Observe sessions and provide coaching feedback Ensure workouts are energetic, safe, and engaging Prepare coaches for weekly programming Own the Member Experience Every member should feel noticed, challenged, and celebrated. You'll help ensure: New members receive an unforgettable first experience Members stay engaged and accountable Milestones are celebrated Coaches know members by name Every session delivers a consistent, high-energy experience Oversee Facility Operations You'll be responsible for keeping the business running smoothly, including: Daily operational execution Member communication Trial and new member follow-up Staff scheduling KPI tracking Facility cleanliness and presentation Inventory oversight Billing and operational accuracy Leading staff meetings Working alongside ownership to continually improve the business Help Grow the Business You'll play an active role in facility growth by: Supporting membership sales Tracking conversion metrics Following up with prospective members Building community partnerships Assisting with events and promotions Helping improve retention and referrals We're Looking For Someone Who... ✔ Has experience coaching group fitness or strength & conditioning classes ✔ Naturally leads people ✔ Holds high standards without creating drama ✔ Loves building relationships ✔ Is organized and detail-oriented ✔ Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do ✔ Is comfortable using technology and learning new software ✔ Can coach, manage, and solve problems under pressure ✔ Wants to build a long-term career, not just pick up coaching hours
Qualifications Preferred:
3+ years coaching group fitness 1+ years in a leadership or management role Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) CPR/AED Certification Strong communication and leadership skills Schedule Expectations This is not a 9-5 position. You'll be expected to be present during our busiest times, including: Early mornings Some evenings Rotating weekends Special events Leadership presence matters.
