At Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte , we get paid to play! We teach soccer to children ages 2-8 in a positive, fun, and encouraging environment. Soccer knowledge is a bonus but not required — we provide paid training and all equipment. This is a great opportunity for college students, teachers, camp counselors, childcare workers, stay at home parents or anyone who enjoys working with young kids. Pay $19 per 25-45 minute session Coaches typically lead 5-25 sessions per week Coaches typically earn $95-$475 per week depending on schedule Pay increases based on coaching performance Schedule Possibilities Part-time, with full-time potential Weekday mornings Saturday mornings You choose your availability each season Why Coaches Love Working Here Flexible schedule you control Paid training Curriculum and equipment provided Stay active and work outdoors Make a real impact in children's lives Referral program Employee discount What You'll Do Lead 6-12 children in fun soccer-based activities Create a positive, energetic environment Arrive prepared and on time for each session Record attendance after classes Commit to coaching multiple seasons What We're Looking For Experience working with children ages 2-8 (coach, teacher, babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, parent, etc.) Energetic and reliable personality Strong communication skills Passion for working with young kids Organized and dependable Requirements Must be 18+ years old Driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma preferred Must pass background check
