Part-time Swim Coach MSA Swim Concord, NC Job Details Part-time $21 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Sports team experience Swimming Organizational skills Coaching high school students Teaching Basketball Full Job Description The Mecklenburg Swim Association (MSA SWIM) in the North Charlotte, NC - Huntersville and Concord area is looking for a few part-time coaches to assist in our Age Group and Developmental Programs coaching 12 and Under swimmers. Some coaching of older 13 and Over swimmers is possible. More information on the team can be found at msaswim.com MSA currently has 1100+ year-round swimmers on the team ranging from 6-18 years old, with novice swimmers to Senior National/Olympic Trial qualifiers. MSA has 5 sites in the Charlotte area and is hiring new Assistant Age Group Coaches. Responsibilities of this position include coaching and possibly assisting in dryland. The ideal candidate will have experience with swimming as a coach or athlete, excellent organization and communication skills, and a desire to teach as a coach. Must have the ability to teach, motivate, and have fun with the 12 and Under level swimmers! Pay is $21-$24/hr. Hours are after-school hours to approximately 9p, and on Saturdays in the mornings. There is some flexibility on exact days of the week to coach. The positions begin in late August 2026. Please send resume with cover letter
