KIDSUNITED

is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 9 years old.

KIDSUNITED

not only teaches children how to play soccer; it also acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool. As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help children develop, but through our ongoing training, you can reach your full coaching potential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Coach engaging classes for children ages 1.5-9 years old Follow the

structure and curriculum Assist in the ongoing design of

training program Support children's growth by developing their body mastery, soccer coordination and life skills through our curriculum Build positive relationships with both parents and children, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment Communicate with parents about their child's progress through daily parent feedback Keep accurate records of progress reviews Ensure that health and safety precautions are observed during all activities Attend ongoing trainings and team meetings to continue professional development and uphold program standards

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer Or 1 year of experience working with children, combined with a background in playing soccer Solid verbal and written communication skills required CPR/AED certified (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work and function in a

environment Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed Excellent time management and organization skills What We're Looking For High-energy and enthusiastic Patient and encouraging Dependable and punctual Comfortable being playful and engaging with young children Coachable and receptive to feedback Strong communicator Team-oriented Passionate about helping children grow through sports Coaches must be able to remain physically active throughout classes, demonstrate soccer movements and exercises, bend, kneel, run, and move throughout the training area. Coaches must also be able to move and organize soccer equipment and other training materials as needed.

•This position may be part-time or full-time based on availability and organizational needs. Coaches are expected to maintain consistent availability for scheduled classes, including weekday, evening, and weekend sessions as needed. Class hours fall within the hours listed below:

Monday-Friday:

3:45-8:10pm

Saturday-Sunday:

8:45am-3:00pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
