Wilmington Strength is a sports performance gym for youth athletes and adults. We're opening our second location in Leland this fall and need a coach to grow with it. You'll coach youth athlete classes and adult semi private training with individualized programs at a 1:5 ratio. This is real coaching, not class instructing. Weekday mornings and evenings, starting around 12 sessions per week and growing to 20+ as membership builds. Pay is per session, $25 to $30 to start, with a written growth path that raises your rate as the location grows. Rates never step back down.
