Immediately Job Description The High School Assistant Football Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program, contributing to the development of the student-athletes on and off the field. The position plays a critical role in skill instruction, practice organizaton, game preparation, and fostering a culture of discipline, sportsmanship and accoutabilty. The Assistant Coach is expected to serve as a positive role model and uphold the values and standards of Lexington Senior High School. Qualifications
  • Previous playing or coaching experience at the High School or Collegiate level.
  • Strong Knowledge of Football Fundamentals, rules and strategies
  • Ability to motivate and mentor high school students Preffered to have a teaching license or eligibilty of employment with the school district.
