Immediately Job Description The assistant women's basketball coach will assist the Head Coach in developing and maintaining a competitive, student-centered basketball program that promotes academic achievement, athletic excellence, leadership, sportsmanship and personal growth. The coach will serve as a positive role model for student-athletes and support the overall mission of Lexington Senior High School. Assist the head coach with planning, organizing and conducting practices, workouts and games. Teach and reinforce basketball fundamentals, skills, strategies, and sportsmanship. Support offseason conditioning, skill development, and summer basketball activities. Assist with equipment management, uniform distribution and inventory Represent Lexington Senior High School with professionalism and integrity at all times.
