Youth Soccer Coach Job Description MYSA is a full service soccer organization in Mebane, North Carolina that offers all levels of soccer (Recreation, Academy, Classic, Elite). The organization houses over 2000 players and 150 teams within the programs..

Youth Soccer Coach Program:
MYSA Academy Position Overview MYSA is seeking passionate and experienced coaches to join our U7-U10 Academy program. Our Academy is focused on creating a positive, player-centered environment where young players can develop their skills, confidence, creativity, and love for the game. The ideal coach will be enthusiastic, prepared, and committed to providing a high-quality experience for every player at both training sessions and match days. Responsibilities Create and deliver a fun, challenging, and competitive learning environment for all players in every training session. Provide a positive, development-centered environment for players on all match days. Arrive early and be fully prepared for all team training sessions and games . Encourage players to be confident, creative, and comfortable making their own decisions on the field. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, effort, and a positive attitude. Help create an environment where players are encouraged to learn, take risks, and grow through mistakes. Qualifications & Requirements Mandatory prior coaching experience.
Preferred:
Minimum of a USSF Grassroots coaching license. Strong understanding of youth player development and age-appropriate coaching. Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches. English speaking is required. Spanish speaking is a plus. Reliable, organized, and punctual. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with young players. What We Are Looking For We are looking for coaches who understand that success at the U7-U10 level is about more than winning games. The focus should be on developing confident, creative, technically sound players while making soccer fun and challenging.
