A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.
Must be eligible to work in the United States. There is no sponsorship for this position.

This is a part-time, seasonal position.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with recruiting, practice, scouting, game day activities, equipment inventory and care, organizational planning and player/personnel management. Minimum qualifications include a strong background and experience in hockey, ability to always represent LRSC in a professional manner, valid driver's license, and good interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications are prior playing or coaching at college level, knowledge of ACHA rules and regulations, and good written and oral communication skills.
HOURS:
Requires the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and evenings.
SALARY:
$6,000 per season.
