Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging gymnastics training programs tailored to different skill levels and age groups Demonstrate proper techniques for vaulting, tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, and floor routines Monitor athletes' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust coaching strategies accordingly Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper use of equipment and adherence to health guidelines Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about athlete progress and upcoming events Lead warm-up exercises, stretching routines, and behavior management to promote focus and safety during sessions Experience Prior experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of gymnastics techniques, routines, and safety procedures Experience in sports-specific training instruction such as cheerleading, trampoline, or tumbling is advantageous Background in team leadership within sports teams Previous roles involving childcare or physical education teaching showcase your ability to work with diverse age groups Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination are essential for success in this role Join us as a Gymnastics Coach where your enthusiasm fuels athletes' passions!
