Duties:

Maintain a safe pool environment Ensure the safety of all swimmers Teach in accordance with AT curriculum Communicate effectively with all staff and members Be knowledgeable in regards to parent questions regarding progression and AT curriculum Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome Report to manager if complaints are unresolved Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation.
