In this unique role, you'll teach essential water safety and swimming skills in the pool and deliver outstanding customer service on the pool deck . What You'll Do:

Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun, proven curriculum (extensive training provided!). Greet and check in families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations. Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing in the water. Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere — both in and out of the pool.

What We're Looking For:

You love working with kids and making a difference. You're reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water. Previous experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus. Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends. Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool Must complete our paid swim instructor training.
