Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Boys Soccer Coach to inspire and develop young athletes through engaging training sessions, strategic gameplay, and positive mentorship. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for sports coaching, experience working with youth, and a passion for helping students achieve their athletic and personal bests. As a Boys Soccer Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping student-athletes' skills, confidence, and character both on and off the field. Responsibilities Lead boys' soccer practices and games, ensuring proper technique, strategy, and teamwork development Design engaging training sessions that incorporate fundamental soccer skills and fitness exercises Monitor player performance during practices and matches, providing constructive feedback to promote growth Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and respect Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student-athletes' academic and athletic success Manage behavior on and off the field through effective behavior management strategies Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including proper use of equipment and facilities Skills Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer or similar team sports Background in teaching or working with children and adolescents in physical education or extracurricular settings Knowledge of martial arts such as Karate or Judo is a plus for promoting discipline and focus Experience with swimming, climbing, cheerleading, basketball or other physical activities enhances coaching versatility Strong communication skills to motivate students and collaborate with staff and parents Ability to implement behavior management techniques effectively within a youth sports environment Join us to make a lasting impact by guiding young athletes through the exciting world of boys' soccer! Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
