We are looking for a motivated coach who wants to grow beyond simply coaching sessions. The ideal candidate may already have sports-performance experience—or may be an emerging coach with a strong foundation, excellent character, and a willingness to learn. The right person will be trained in the Bolt system and could gradually take responsibility for coaching, programming, athlete development, parent communication, and daily operations. For an exceptional long-term fit, the position could eventually develop into a leadership, profit-sharing, or ownership opportunity. Responsibilities Coach youth speed, agility, strength, power, and athletic-development sessions Create a safe, energetic, and positive training environment Learn and consistently deliver Bolt's programming and coaching system Communicate professionally with athletes and parents Assist with athlete assessments, progress tracking, and programming Gradually assume greater coaching and operational responsibility Contribute ideas for improving programs and growing the business Ideal Candidate Experience in sports performance, personal training, strength and conditioning, physical education, or youth coaching Comfortable working with children and teenagers Interested in speed, strength, movement, and long-term athletic development Reliable, coachable, organized, and willing to take initiative Strong communicator who wants to grow into a leadership role Available during after-school, evening, and occasional weekend hours CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it Relevant degree or certification preferred but not required Must pass reference and background checks Growth Path You will begin by learning Bolt's system and coaching alongside the owner. As you demonstrate reliability, coaching ability, and leadership, you may progress toward independently running sessions, managing larger coaching blocks, helping oversee operations, and earning additional performance-based compensation. Any profit-sharing or ownership opportunity would be considered after a successful evaluation period and established through a separate formal agreement.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
