No On-Call Job Requirements:

Functional Strength Coach Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science from an accredited college or university. Certified as a Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator®(TSAC-F®) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a practicing strength coach
