Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Coach to join our team!!
Job Responsibilities:
Offering postural modifications to members when needed to support existing injuries, safety and maximizing results. High energy floor presence at all times. Hands-on motivation & encouragement to class attendees pushing them to exceed their fitness goals.. Results driven acknowledgement to members. Ensure first time attendees are set-up for success through proper class orientation and trainer coaching. Floor management, upholding time keeping & station moves. Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound, always. Ensure daily sanitation of equipment and fitness floor is upheld. Daily workout set up and tear down for next day's operation. Accountable for assisting with studio sales by connecting first-time clients with the Leader on the shift to present the membership option to them. Deliver daily bulletins on workout modifications, intensifiers, and technique tips. Act as the "Manager on Duty" when a manager is unavailable.
Manage Coaches:
Aiding coaches and evaluating their performance. Supporting onboarding processes and assisting trainers on the gym floor. Ensuring safety on the gym floor, including maintaining proper layout and equipment use. Staying current on fitness trends to provide relevant guidance and improvements.
Policies & Procedures:
Assisting in the development of new policies and procedures for daily work shifts. Supporting management with sales initiatives, client outreach, and operational tasks.
