USA Sport Group is hiring Multi-Sport Coaches to lead fun, engaging sports programs for children ages 3-7. Coaches introduce young athletes to a variety of sports while building confidence, teamwork, and fundamental skills in a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead age-appropriate sports classes Teach basic skills through fun and engaging activities Coach sports including soccer, lacrosse, track & field, T-ball, and more! Follow our curriculum and create a safe, positive experience for every participant All training, curriculum, and equipment are provided. Does this sound like you? Previous teaching and/or coaching experience (preferred) A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria: Age 17 or older Valid driver's license Access to a reliable vehicle to transport equipment

Most programs take place on Saturday and Sunday mornings, with limited weekday opportunities. Candidates must attend a virtual introductory hiring presentation to learn more about USA Sport Group, the coaching role, and the next steps in the hiring process.
