Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with kids and possess a strong soccer knowledge. Candidate must be able to travel to games on weekends and must hold a USSF soccer coaching license.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for soccer players of all skill levels
• Game day coaching
• Teach fundamental soccer techniques, strategies, and rules
• Organize and lead practice sessions to enhance players' skills
• Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
• Provide constructive feedback to players to improve their performance
• Ensure a safe and positive training environment for all participants

Skills:

• Experience working with students in a coaching capacity
• Knowledge of soccer and physical education principles
• Ability to manage player behavior effectively
