Job Overview Join TriCounty ATTACK Volleyball Club as a Club Volleyball Coach, where your passion for volleyball and youth development will inspire and elevate young athletes. In this paid role, you will lead training sessions, develop team strategies, and foster a positive environment that promotes skill growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Your energetic leadership will help players reach their full potential while ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all participants. Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging volleyball practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy. Coach teams during matches and tournaments, providing constructive feedback to improve performance. Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players. Monitor player progress and tailor coaching techniques to meet individual needs. Maintain safety protocols by overseeing proper equipment use and ensuring adherence to health guidelines. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and program coordinators to provide updates on team activities and player development. Support the organization of team events, competitions, and community outreach initiatives. Requirements Prior experience coaching volleyball. Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, rotations, techniques, and game strategies. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate young athletes. Experience working with children or adolescents in a coaching or teaching capacity. Excellent communication skills for clear instruction and client (player/parent) engagement.
