Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to inspire and develop students of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will lead gymnastics classes, design training programs, and foster a positive environment that encourages growth, discipline, and confidence. Your passion for sports, combined with excellent communication skills, will help students achieve their personal best while ensuring safety and fun are always prioritized. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on aspiring gymnasts and the community. Duties Plan and/or follow engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill level Monitor students progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training, including proper spotting and equipment checks Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students development and behavior management Requirements Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or related sports coaching experience is highly preferred Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings Certification in first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required; AED operation knowledge is a plus Strong communication skills for effective client (student and parent) interaction and team leadership Ability to teach physical education concepts clearly and motivate participants of diverse backgrounds Familiarity with behavior management techniques to foster discipline and positive conduct during classes Join us as a Gymnastics Coach to ignite passion for movement while helping athletes reach new heights!
