Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer support, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Service Fusion, with a strong focus on technician scheduling, customer billing and receivables, and permitting processes. This position offers an engaging environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and timely assistance. Manage technician scheduling to ensure efficient deployment and service delivery. Handle customer billing and receivables, ensuring accurate invoicing and prompt collection of payments. Utilize Service Fusion software to coordinate service appointments, track job statuses, and update relevant information. Oversee permitting processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and timely approvals. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, billing transactions, and permit documentation. Support office administrative functions such as data entry, file management, and correspondence. Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven proficiency in Service Fusion or similar field service management software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with technician scheduling, customer billing, and receivables management preferred. Knowledge of permitting procedures relevant to the industry or region is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle administrative challenges effectively. Prior experience in customer service or office administration is desirable.
