The Head Coach‬ will be responsible for coaching, inspiring and guiding a team to reach their full potential.‬ ‭ The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of sports techniques and strategies,‬ excellent interpersonal skills, and a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.‬ ‭ Responsibilities‬ Developing and implementing comprehensive coaching strategies and training programs.‬ Analyzing player performance and providing constructive feedback to improve skills.‬ Ensuring all team members adhere to team rules and standards.‬ Maintaining necessary sports equipment and safety measures.‬ Keeping track of scores, statistics, and game reports.‬ Providing guidance and counseling to the players, including setting performance goals‭ and resolving conflicts.‬ Collaborating other staff to make strategic decisions.‬ Representing the team and promoting its presence and reputation.‬ ‭ ‭ ‭ Qualifications‬ 5 years or more experience as a Head Coach or similar role.‬ Obtain NMPED Coaching License and all required certifications from NMAA.‬ Strong knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies and techniques of the sport.‬ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.‬ Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.‬ Ability to inspire and motivate team members.‬ Strong communication and people skills.‬ ‭ ‭ ‭ ‭ ‭ ‭
