July 27, 2026 Assistant Softball Coach at Ruidoso High School Qualifications andRequirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; licensed instructor preferred
- Valid New Mexico Coaching licensure or eligibility
- Attain NMAA Coaching Certifications
- Must demonstrate willingness to work in a cooperative working environment
- Strong reading, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Preference given to certified staff
- CDL is preferred, or willing to obtain CDL Responsibilities
- Primary duties include assisting the softball coach
- Working knowledge of rules and regulations of the sport involved
- Ability to work well with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to work productively as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Other duties as assigned
