Parkway Athletic Club Aquatics is looking for swim instructors to join our team!
Job Description:
Provide instruction and assistance to swimmers in the pool. Teach all levels and age ranges in group lesson format. Demonstrate a proficiency in all skills being introduced to students. Maintain a friendly and compassionate approach to all students. Develop and practice good parent communication tactics for updating parents on their swimmers progress.Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Competitive swimming or swim instruction experience is a plus. Availability needs to range from 3:45PM-7:30PM Monday-Friday (less days of work are an option). Availability 3-4PM and 7:30-8:30PM Monday-Friday is a plus, as well as weekend availability. CPR/AED/First aid is a plus. Lifeguarding certification is a plus.Perks:
