Twist 'N Flip is growing, and we're looking for a confident, energetic coach who can step in, lead, and help athletes succeed in a positive, team-first environment . This is not a beginner rec-only role, you'll be actively coaching competitive team athletes , building skills, confidence, and routines for competition. Have a gymnastics background (competitive or coaching) Can confidently coach and spot intermediate/advanced skills Enjoy mentoring athletes, not just supervising them Bring energy, reliability, and professionalism to every practice Want to be part of a team that actually supports each other Must-Haves 18+ years old Availability for 2-3 evening shifts weekly Ability to travel for meets during season Eligible for USAG certification
Skills You Should Be Comfortable Coaching Floor:
Running tumbling progressions
Bars:
Squat-ons, back hip circles
Beam:
Cartwheels, back walkovers, dismounts ( If you can coach beyond this, huge plus! ) Quick Reality Check (What This Job Is NOT) Not a babysitting role Not beginner-only rec classes Not a passive coaching environment This is for coaches who want to be hands-on, develop athletes, and be part of a competitive program.
