About New Athletic Soccer New Athletic Soccer is a growing youth soccer club based in Bayside, Queens, dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and positive learning environment for young players. Our mission is to help children develop strong technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong passion for soccer while creating meaningful experiences for every family in our community. We offer developmental and competitive soccer programs for players ages 4-14 , focusing on long-term player development in a supportive and challenging environment. Position Overview We are seeking passionate, reliable, and energetic Youth Soccer Coaches to join our coaching staff. Coaches will work with players ages 4-14 , leading engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that emphasize technical development, teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. Depending on experience and qualifications, coaches may work with our developmental clinic programs and/or competitive travel teams. Responsibilities Plan and deliver fun, organized, and age-appropriate training sessions for players ages 4-14. Teach soccer fundamentals, technical skills, tactical awareness, and game understanding. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, discipline, and a positive learning environment. Prepare travel team players for league games and competitive play. Ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable training environment. Communicate professionally with parents regarding player development and program expectations. Assist with player evaluations and seasonal planning. Represent New Athletic Soccer in a professional and positive manner.

Clinic Program Training & Travel Team Training Qualifications Required Minimum US Soccer Grassroots Coaching License. Passion for coaching and working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and positive attitude. Ability to create a safe, fun, and development-focused training environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Previous youth soccer coaching experience (ages 4-14 preferred). Higher coaching licenses (US Soccer D License or above, United Soccer Coaches, UEFA, etc.) are a plus. Playing experience is preferred but not required. Experience coaching recreational and competitive youth players.
