In this energetic role, you will support the head coach in developing soccer skills, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring a safe, engaging experience for all participants. Your enthusiasm and leadership will help inspire players to reach their full potential while promoting healthy habits and sportsmanship. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine coaching expertise with a love for working with children and sports. Responsibilities Assist in planning and leading soccer practices, drills, and game strategies that promote skill development and teamwork Support the head coach in monitoring player performance, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging sportsmanship Help manage behavior on and off the field through effective behavior management techniques Lead warm-up exercises, stretching routines, and sports-specific training instruction to prepare players for activities Demonstrated knowledge of soccer coaching techniques and sports-specific training instruction Experience in team leadership roles within sports teams such as soccer, basketball, cheerleading or climbing is preferredJoin us to make a meaningful impact on young athletes' lives through energetic coaching, dedicated mentorship, and fostering a love for sport!
