From our exceptional academics and outstanding visual and performing arts program to our championship athletic teams, the Masters learning experience prepares students for success in college, career and life. Job Summary Masters is seeking an experienced field hockey coach to lead our upper school program. We play within the Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) and the New York State Association of Independent Schools (NYSAIS). The ideal candidate will continue to foster excellence through hard work, positivity and enjoyment while building a foundation of trust with athletes, families and the Masters community. They will look to utilize our top-notch facilities, including a designated turf field, newly renovated strength room and a fully equipped cardio room. This is a part time position from August 24th, 2026 through November 6, 2026. Requires 12 - 20 hours per week in season and out-of-season responsibilities as described below. Upper School practices are Monday through Friday 3:45-5:45 pm and Saturday mornings with contests during the week and on Saturdays.
