About Us At SwimLabs Westchester, swimming is more than a sport, it's a life skill. We provide year-round swim lessons in a fun, safe environment using a proven curriculum trusted nationwide. Our mission is to help children and adults build confidence, stay safe, and enjoy the water for life. Position Overview We are hiring enthusiastic and reliable Swim Instructors. If you enjoy working with children, want flexible part-time hours, and like being in a fun, active environment, this role is for you. No prior swim teaching experience is required, we provide complete training. Responsibilities Teach swimming lessons using the SwimLabs curriculum Keep classes engaging, positive, and safe Provide feedback and encouragement to students and families Support smooth daily operations of the swim school Requirements Comfortable in the water and able to swim 200 yards continuously Positive, energetic, and dependable Great with kids and families Prior swim team, lifeguard, or teaching experience is a plus (but not required) Must be at least 16 years old Schedule & Pay Shifts needed: Saturday + Sunday Saturday + Tuesday Monday + Wednesday Part-time Pay range: $18.50-$23/hour, based on experience Paid training and certification provided Opportunities for advancement
Pay:
$18.50 - $23.00 per hour
