Upstate Franchise Basketball Association (UFBA) has been a leading youth basketball organization in the Rochester area for over 20 years. We have begun expanding past tournaments and league teams, and recently started 4D Training, an entity of UFBA focused on individual and small group training, as well as camps, clinics, and pop-up sessions for teams. Our organization is now seeking energetic individuals who are interested in truly making a difference in the lives of young athletes! In addition to skill work, we also integrate mental strength and wellness education in to each of our sessions. We focus on confidence building, handling adversity, stress management, and coping mechanisms among other things. On-site mentoring and training is provided on an on-going basis, and support is available at all times. Our ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of basketball, and a true passion to share that with kids of all ages, with the willingness to learn and incorporate the mental strength aspect of training as well. Strong time management skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate effectively are required. Evening and weekend availability is a must; weekday flexibility is a plus. There is room for growth within the organization, including possible coaching opportunities, as well as involvement in tournament operations.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
