Athletic Movement Protocol (AMP) is opening a brand-new Personal Training location in Glen Cove, NY , and we're looking for an exceptional coach to join the founding team and help us build it. This is a coaching-first position with a legitimate path to six-figure earning potential. You'll have the support, systems, and experience of an established company behind you, while also having the opportunity to help shape the culture, team, and success of a new location from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Coach. Deliver outstanding semi-private personal training and create an environment where clients feel coached, challenged, supported, and excited to come back. Lead. Help set the tone for the facility, support your teammates, uphold AMP standards, and help develop the coaching staff as the location grows. Build Relationships. Know our members, meet prospective clients, conduct consultations, and help create the kind of community people want to stay part of. Help Grow the Facility. Develop your sales skills, follow up with prospective members, build referral relationships, and help introduce AMP throughout Glen Cove. You'll have support from AMP's leadership, sales, and marketing teams along the way.

We're looking for character, ability, potential, and drive , not a perfect resume.

EARNING & CAREER POTENTIAL

One of the limitations of a traditional personal training career is that your income is often directly tied to how many sessions you can personally coach. We want to create a different path. Coaching is the foundation of this position, but your earning potential can increase as your leadership, responsibility, and impact grow. As AMP Glen Cove develops into a successful facility, this role has legitimate potential to become a: $90,000 TO $110,000+ CAREER That opportunity is earned through performance and facility growth, not simply tenure. We want the person helping us build a great facility to participate in the upside of building it. As AMP continues to grow, additional opportunities may eventually include coach development, operations, multi-location leadership, and future expansion.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of personal training or coaching experience preferred Recognized personal training or strength and conditioning certification preferred CPR/AED certification preferred Leadership, sales, or customer service experience is a plus Don't check every box?
