Coaching Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective practice plans to improve players' volleyball skills and techniques. Develop and execute game strategies to maximize the team's performance. Identify and nurture the talents of individual players, promoting their growth and potential. Foster a positive and supportive team culture that emphasizes hard work, discipline, and sportsmanship. Identify and recruit talented student-athletes to strengthen the program. Collaborate with youth and travel organizations to provide opportunities for student-athlete to improve Ensure adherence to all MCPSAC, NYSPHSAA and East Irondequoit rules and regulations. Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, alumni, and the community. Job Qualifications Previous coaching experience required (high school or college preferred) New York State Coaching Certification (or eligible) Valid CPR/AED certification (or eligible)
