Nassau United FC is seeking a reliable, energetic, and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our growing program in Jamaica, Queens. We are specifically looking for coaches with experience working with U7, U9, U12, and U13 age groups . The ideal candidate is passionate about player development, communicates well with young athletes, and can create a positive, competitive, and organized training environment. Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate training sessions Coach teams during league games, friendlies, and tournaments Develop players technically, tactically, and physically Teach positioning, decision-making, teamwork, and game understanding Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff Qualifications Previous youth soccer coaching experience required Experience coaching U7, U9, U12, and/or U13 players US Soccer Grassroots License or higher preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, organized, and professional Ability to work evenings and weekends Passion for developing young soccer players Position Details Paid coaching position Part-time Practices and games primarily in Jamaica, Queens Opportunities for additional teams and growth within Nassau United FC If you are passionate about youth soccer and interested in growing with a developing club, we encourage you to apply.
