A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.

Ninja Gymnastics Factory is opening a brand-new location in Mamaroneck, NY , and we're looking for energetic, positive, and dependable coaches to help build an amazing community from the ground up! If you love working with children and have a background in gymnastics, ninja, parkour, dance, cheerleading, martial arts, or another movement-based sport, we'd love to meet you. Whether you're coaching toddlers taking their first steps on the gym floor or helping older athletes conquer ninja obstacles, you'll make a lasting impact by building confidence, strength, and resilience in every child. Available Coaching Positions We're hiring coaches for all age groups: Grownup & Me (18 months-3 years) Preschool (3-5 years) School Age (6+ years) We are also hiring coaches to work birthday parties and special events on weekends. PM Saturday & Sunday:
8:00 AM-8:00 PM Applicants do not need to be available for every shift, but evening and/or weekend availability is preferred. What You'll Do Lead engaging, high-energy classes of up to 6-8 children independently Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment Follow established lesson plans and coaching progressions Teach gymnastics and ninja skills using proper spotting techniques Ensure the safety of all athletes while using gym equipment Manage class behavior with confidence and positivity Build strong relationships with children and their families Communicate professionally with parents before and after class Help children build confidence, coordination, strength, and resilience Coach birthday parties and special events (weekend opportunities available) We're Looking For Someone Who Is Enthusiastic, energetic, and loves working with children Comfortable leading groups independently Confident managing multiple children while maintaining a positive atmosphere Friendly and professional when communicating with parents Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Willing to learn and follow our coaching curriculum Physically able to demonstrate skills, assist athletes, and safely spot children throughout classes Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred: Gymnastics American Ninja Warrior or Ninja Sport Parkour Dance Cheerleading Martial Arts Physical Education Coaching or teaching children Childcare or camp counseling Don't meet every qualification?
