We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Bilingual Dental Patient Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator to join our multi-specialty dental practice . We are proud to have a modern, welcoming office equipped with the latest technology , and a positive team environment where everyone works together to provide an exceptional experience for our patients. About the Position The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the dental field and be comfortable communicating with patients in both English and Spanish , including strong written and conversational skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with our patients while helping them understand their treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.
Responsibilities include:
Discussing treatment needs and options with patients in a friendly and professional manner Verifying dental insurance eligibility and benefits Helping patients understand their insurance coverage and estimated out-of-pocket costs Presenting treatment fees and assisting patients with financial arrangements Preparing treatment estimates and collecting and posting payments Working with third-party financing options such as CareCredit and other financing programs Answering and managing incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish Providing excellent phone etiquette and representing our practice in a warm and professional manner Working collaboratively with doctors and the entire dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and conversational) Experienced in the dental field, with 3+ years of experience preferred/required Familiar with Open Dental (preferred), not required Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients Personable, professional, and welcoming Reliable and punctual A positive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment Confident, organized, and detail-oriented Someone with a strong work ethic and a "Can-Do" attitude Why Join Our Team?
