PRE TEAM Gymnastics Coach

Join Our Pre-Team Coaching Staff This is an active coaching role that requires hands-on instruction, physical spotting of gymnasts, and the ability to confidently direct groups of athletes during training. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Pre-Team Gymnastics Coach to help develop athletes preparing for competitive gymnastics. This role focuses on building strong fundamentals, proper technique, strength, and discipline for athletes transitioning into competitive programs. Responsibilities Coach pre-team athletes preparing for competitive gymnastics Teach foundational skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor Lead conditioning and strength training appropriate for developing athletes Provide corrections and technical instruction Help athletes build confidence, discipline, and strong work habits Maintain a safe and structured training environment Work closely with the team coaching staff Important Job Requirements For the safety and development of our athletes, coaches must be comfortable with: Using a strong and confident voice to maintain structure and athlete focus Physically spotting gymnasts during skill development Providing technical corrections and feedback Managing groups of athletes in an active training environment Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on coaching and spotting skills. Pay:

$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
