The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach with:

On-ice coaching, skill development, and practice planning

Recruiting and evaluating prospective student-athletes who fit the institution's academic and athletic standards

Game preparation, video analysis, and opponent scouting

Individual player development and mentoring

Monitoring student-athlete academic progress and well-being

Team travel coordination and logistics

Equipment management and administrative duties

Community engagement and alumni relations efforts

Compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Valid driver's license
