Responsibilities Deliver dynamic and structured swim lessons tailored to individual student needs, skill levels, and safety requirements Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety procedures confidently and clearly Monitor students closely during lessons to ensure safety, behavior management, and adherence to pool rules Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their swimming skills and build confidence in the water Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment by following all health and safety protocols Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement Assist with organizing special events or water safety workshops that promote community engagement Qualifications Valid certification as a Swim Instructor from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross, YMCA) Lifeguard experience with current First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and water rescue certifications Strong swimming skills with experience demonstrating various strokes such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly Experience working with children or diverse age groups in educational or recreational settings knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive class environment Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members Join us to empower individuals through water safety education while enjoying a lively work environment that values your expertise!
