200516 Dutchess Community College seeks a talented Head Women's Soccer Coach to join the growing athletic department for the 2026-2027 academic year. The Head Women's Soccer Coach is responsible for the organization, administration, and coaching of the Women's Soccer program, including supervising staff and student-athletes.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend, coordinate, and facilitate activities at daily practices and competitions. Execute a clearly defined philosophy of coaching and teaching "sport." Recruit sufficiently qualified student-athletes. Effectively execute fundraising activities, including camps and clinics to help meet teams' financial goals. Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and provide support. Scout and prepare team for competitionKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Comply with College, NJCAA, Region 15, and Mid-Hudson Conference rules and regulations and all other aspects of directing a quality intercollegiate soccer program.Valid NY Driver's License Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree At least two years of Soccer coaching experience at the high school levelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and at least two years of soccer coaching at the collegiate levelAdditional Information:
