In this dynamic role, you will teach essential lifesaving swimming skills and provide outstanding customer service to our families. You will lead engaging swim lessons, but you will also serve as a welcoming face for families, helping with greeting the children and keeping our operations running seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead Engaging Classes:

Deliver high-energy, effective swim instruction to adults and children using our specialized curriculum (we will teach you exactly how to do this!).

Deck Management & Customer Care:

Welcome families as they arrive, assist with scheduling questions, and help maintain a smooth flow on the pool deck.

Prioritize Safety & Progress:

Ensure every student is safe, paying close attention to their comfort levels and skill progression. Champion the

A genuine passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact. Strong swimming ability (you must be fully comfortable operating in deep water). A reliable, upbeat, and outgoing personality. Availability to take on weekend shifts. Willingness to complete our mandatory paid instructor certification program.
