The Head Coach will provide leadership for the District's Unified Bowling program by fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all student-athletes. The successful candidate will plan and supervise practices and competitions, promote sportsmanship and teamwork, ensure student safety, and oversee all aspects of the program in accordance with District, Section XI, and
NYSPHSAA
guidelines.

Southampton High School Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise all team practices and competitions. Foster an inclusive and positive team culture that supports all student-athletes. Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and character development. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and the Athletic Department. Maintain compliance with District policies, Section XI regulations, and
NYSPHSAA
requirements. Perform other coaching-related duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Qualifications Knowledge of the sport of bowling. CPR and First Aid certification. Previous coaching or related experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Compensation Compensation will be in accordance with the Southampton Teachers Association (STA) Agreement, Schedule C - Interscholastic Coaching Positions.
