Position Title Head Coach Unified Soccer Required Application Type Coach Salary/Pay Scale Per STA Contract Job Description Southampton Union Free School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Head Coach - Unified Soccer. The Head Coach - Unified Soccer will provide leadership for the District's Unified Soccer program by fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive environment for all student-athletes. The successful candidate will organize and supervise practices and competitions, promote sportsmanship and teamwork, ensure student safety, and oversee all aspects of the program in accordance with District, Section XI, and
NYSPHSAA
guidelines. Position Details

In accordance with the Southampton Teachers Association (STA) Agreement. Responsibilities Organize and supervise all team practices and competitions. Teach the fundamentals, rules, and strategies of soccer while promoting skill development. Foster teamwork, inclusion, sportsmanship, and personal growth among student-athletes. Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages participation and success for all athletes. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and the Athletic Department. Maintain compliance with District policies, Section XI regulations, and
NYSPHSAA
requirements. Perform other coaching-related duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Qualifications Knowledge of the sport of soccer. CPR and First Aid certification. Previous coaching experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment.
