Super Soccer Stars is looking for energetic, responsible, and outgoing coaches to lead fun soccer classes for children ages 12 months-13 years throughout Long Island and Eastern Queens. You don't need to be a professional soccer player or experienced coach. If you're great with kids, love being active, and bring a positive attitude, we want to meet you! Flexible Scheduling Classes are held during weekday mornings, after-school hours, and weekends , with schedules changing throughout the year. We're especially looking for coaches with weekday morning and/or weekend availability , but you do not need to be available for every class to apply. What Will You Do? As a Super Soccer Stars Coach, you'll: Lead fun, energetic soccer classes for young children Help children build confidence, coordination, and soccer skills Create a positive and encouraging environment where every child can succeed Use positive reinforcement to celebrate progress and effort Give individual attention and make sure every child feels included Keep classes fun, engaging, and non-competitive Arrive prepared and on time for every class Learn and follow our proven Super Soccer Stars curriculum Attend ongoing training and use feedback to continue developing as a coach No two classes are exactly the same — and that's part of what makes coaching with us so much fun! Who Are We Looking For? You may be a great fit if you are: Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working with young children Responsible, dependable, and punctual Positive, patient, and willing to learn Passionate about sports, fitness, soccer, or working with kids A former or current athlete — soccer, basketball, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, cheer, PE, or other sports experience is a plus Experienced working with children — coaching, camps, schools, childcare, teaching, etc. is a plus You do NOT need previous coaching experience to apply. Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to local schools, parks, and community centers Will undergo a background check The more locations and time slots you're able to work, the more opportunities we can offer you!
